My Approach:

Offering both virtual and in-person individual psychotherapy, I strive to provide an exceptionally warm therapeutic environment for clients to explore any issues that they deem important. Life transitions and stressors, anxiety, depression, other mood issues, acute and chronic medical conditions, gender and sexuality struggles or concerns, relationship issues, trauma/PTSD, women's issues, fertility, perinatal loss, and work issues are just some of the topics I am comfortable exploring. I provide a safe space for adult clients to work on their issues at their own pace. I use a combination of Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Interpersonal Therapy, Insight-Oriented Therapy, Trauma- Informed Care, and other approaches tailored to the needs of the specific situation.
